Completely free, fully functional 30 day trial SSL Certificate
FreeSSL gives you the perfect opportunity to test SSL in your test environment prior to rolling out a SSL certificate in your production environment. You also have an opportunity to experience creating a CSR, enrolling and installing a SSL certificate.
FreeSSL is a fully functional certificate that is issued through our automated validation system.
As soon as you upgrade your FreeSSL to RapidSSL we will knock $5 off the SRP of your upgraded certificate. As a bonus, we will also add up to 2 additional months onto your newly upgraded certificate. FreeSSL certificates offer you:

Unlike other SSL Providers, FreeSSL is a production certificate issued from the same root as RapidSSL and not a test root. FreeSSL does not contain "TEST" within the certificate
